These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TLink VPN application and related services ("Services") provided by Tenlink LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account Registration
To use TLink VPN, you must create an account with a valid email address and password, or authenticate via Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2. Subscription Plans and Pricing
TLink VPN offers the following subscription plans:

3. Billing and Auto-Renewal
⚠️ Important: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Payment is processed through Apple's App Store or Stripe (for website purchases). Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The renewal charge is the same as the current subscription price unless we notify you of a price change. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
4. Free Trial
Some plans may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the plan price. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is typically available only once per Apple ID per subscription group.
5. Refunds
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly for App Store purchases. For Stripe purchases made through our website, contact [email protected].
6. Description of Services
Virtual Private Network (VPN): TLink VPN encrypts your internet connection using IKEv2 protocol with AES-256 encryption. The service routes your traffic through our secure VPN servers, masking your IP address and protecting your data on public and private networks.
No-Logs Policy: We maintain a strict no-logs policy. We do not monitor, record, or store your browsing activity, DNS queries, traffic destinations, or any content transmitted through the VPN tunnel.
Server Network: We operate VPN servers in multiple locations. Server availability may change as we expand or optimize our network.
Kill Switch: TLink VPN includes on-demand connection rules to help prevent data leaks when the VPN connection drops.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TLink VPN to: engage in any illegal activity; transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful software; send spam or unsolicited communications; infringe on intellectual property rights; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks; interfere with or disrupt the Services; or resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without our written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive use of our network resources.
8. Limitations of Service
TLink VPN provides privacy and security tools to help protect your internet connection. No VPN service can guarantee 100% anonymity or protection against all threats.
VPN performance depends on your internet connection speed, server load, and geographic distance to the selected server. VPN connections may not bypass all network restrictions in all regions. The VPN operates using Apple's NetworkExtension framework on iOS and macOS, which defines certain platform-level capabilities and limitations.
9. Intellectual Property
TLink VPN, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by Tenlink LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services on the number of devices permitted by your plan.
10. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the app (Account tab → Delete Account). Account deletion is permanent and results in:
- Immediate: Revocation of VPN credentials from all servers, removal of device registrations, and termination of active sessions.
- Within 30 days: Removal of all remaining personal data including email address and subscription records.
- Retained: Anonymized billing records as required by tax and accounting regulations.
⚠️ Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Apple App Store subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions before or after deleting your account to avoid being charged for future billing periods.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tenlink LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
